Starlink Internet Installation for African Center of Excellence in Coastal Resilience ( ACECoR)
African Center of Excellence in Coastal Resilience ( ACECoR) required a reliable, high-speed, and low-latency internet connection to support real-time data transmission, remote collaboration, and advanced research operations in coastal and offshore areas.
Starlink has completely transformed how we conduct marine and coastal research. We now have real-time access to oceanographic data, and our collaboration with international teams has never been easier. The installation team delivered an outstanding solution, ensuring we stay connected even in the most challenging conditions.
We Mounted the Starlink Gen 3 dish on a secured rooftop platform with an unobstructed sky view. Installed weatherproof cabling to ensure long-term durability against salt air and moisture exposure. Configured the Starlink router for optimal coverage within the research station.
